Throughout the healing process, our team provides progress reports to your primary physician. We also work with nursing homes, home health agencies, and outpatient rehabilitation centers to ensure continuous care and healing of wounds.

Our practitioner and licensed nurses have received specialized training in wound care. Upon admission to the Wound Care Clinic, each patient will be seen and evaluated through a physical assessment, comprehensive wound assessment, medical history and patient interview.
