Financial Assistance

As a part of its mission, Springhill Medical Center (SMC) provides financial assistance to patients who have healthcare needs and are uninsured, underinsured, ineligible for government programs, or otherwise unable to pay. The Springhill Medical Center  Financial Assistance Policy provides eligible patients partially or fully discounted hospital/Clinic care.

If you are not currently enrolled in a government program, our staff can help determine if you might qualify for assistance from the programs available and assist with the enrollment process.

How to Apply For Financial Assistance

In order to determine eligibility for financial assistance, we will need a completed Financial Assistance Application and documentation to support household income and family size. A copy of the Financial Assistance Policy and Financial Assistance Application can be obtained at no cost by contacting the Doctors Clinic Business Office at (318) 539-1095 or by visiting the Business Office at the Doctors Clinic in Springhill between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m..
