COVID 19 Vaccines - What you need to know

Springhill Medical Center will begin COVID-19 Vaccinations for the general public who meet certain criteria once the vaccine is received from the state.  Notice will go out on Facebook and on the Website.

A vaccination site will be announced once it is known when the vaccines arrive.  Again, these will be published on Springhill Medical Center's website.  You can then sign up on the SMC website or call and a friendly patient representative will be glad to sign you up.  A number will be posted soon.

Unfortunately, there are NO WALK-INS at this time. To receive the COVID-19 vaccination one must have an appointment and meet the following criteria (determined by government officials).

  • Over the age of 70

  • Hospital Employees

You will need to bring identification to prove age.  All persons receiving the vaccine will need to remain on site for 30 minutes before you will be released to make sure their are no reactions to the vaccine.
